It comes with a belt but looks great with or without the belt (the belt does have some wear). It has shoulder pads but they could easily be removed if you are looking for a slightly more current look. This is such a great outfit and extremely comfortable. It has a very flattering fit. I would keep but I have nowhere to wear it anymore.
